Demo enquiries

The form collects your contact name, sports club, email, country and optional message so Edward can reply and arrange a demo. Requests are stored in this website’s private Cloudflare D1 database. The inbox is restricted to the signed-in KlubAmp owner. Email notifications, when configured, are sent to admin@klubamp.com through the email provider. Do not include member photos or sensitive information in the form.

Club photos and service providers

The portal uses Render and Supabase in Frankfurt, encrypted Microsoft 365 backups and Brevo service emails. Stripe collects payment credentials. The existing DPA describes the WhatsApp, Make, AI, Cloudinary and UploadPost workflow; Cloudinary uses its documented US storage arrangement. Not every provider processes exclusively in Europe.

Website visit counts

The site records aggregate page-view counts by day, page, referring hostname and device type. This analytics feature saves no cookies, visitor IDs, IP addresses or full referrer URLs and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Ordinary portal club data is returned or deleted from active systems within 30 days after termination; the existing DPA’s stricter seven-day offboarding duties remain. Routine identifiable audit and enquiry records are generally reviewed at 180 days, with shorter club-data deletion where required. Encrypted portal backups rotate over approximately eight weeks.
